GRAS Payment

Subject - Payment of License Fees by Licensees to the bank through the GRAS system.

Reference - Government Letter No. MIS 2414 /L.N.173 / 14 / BUD-1, Dated: 02 /11/2014.

Under the aforesaid subject and context, Government Deposit Accounting System (Government Receipts Accounting System) has been created for payment of Government revenue through revenue collection and revenue receipts in electronic form and all the offices have been advised to adopt this system.

In order to pay license fee to the concerned licensors in the Desk-X (Arms / Theatre / Hotel) on the establishment of Police Commissioner, Greater Mumbai office. The government has instructed to pay the fees under the Government Accounting System (Government Receipts Accounting System) system under the mentioned accounts. In this system, the following procedure should be adopted for payment of fees / payment

  • You have the option of PAY WITHOUT REGISTRATION / WITH REGISTRATION You can fill your information by clicking on this link.

  • Department Name – COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, MUMBAI

  • You have been listed with the list of the funds to be paid in the GRAS system.

  • All licensors include 1) e-Payment, 2) Payment Across Bank Counter, 3) SBI epay payment gateway has been made available for licensing.

  • After paying the above payment, the copy of this challan should be submitted to the office

  • After the payment of money to the bank through the GRAS system, the amount of the money should be submitted by the GRAS system in the Reserve Bank of India within two / three days after it has been submitted to the respective licensors for renewal of the licenses of concerned licensors.

    • The information regarding Renewal Charges of arms and ammunition in the arms and ammunition are as follows:

    The licensees whose license was not renewed during the prescribed period of 03 years should be deposited in the Office of the Desk-X (Arms and Ammunition Branch), along with the relevant documents without paying the prescribed license fee above.


  • Licensee has to pay a license fee (SCHEME NAME) in the bank by following the License fee through the following system, by contacting Associate in connection with arms and ammunition branches, (Hotel & Theater) for Filling license fee, select COMMISSIONER OF POLICE MUMBAI as OFFICE NAME.
