I agree that the flying of the drone will be permitted subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Drone flight permission is granted only for the requested flight location.
2) The flight radius of the application is also limited to the application site.
3) The drone flight will be limited to the application program only and should be done on schedule and on scheduled day.
4) The drone flight program should not cause any nuisance / disturbance to the citizens of the surrounding area and to ensure that the freedom of citizens of the people is not obstructed.
5) Applicants should take care that law and order issues will not arise in the course of drone flying.
6) All other equipment used during the drone flight should be obtained with appropriate government permission.
7) Drone should not be flown to vital installations / restricted / prohibited places. So that It shall be the responsibility of the Applicant to ensure that such locations are not misused for photographing and carrying out harmful activities.
8) Care must be taken that the drone will not be flown at altitude higher than necessary. (Maximum 100m)
9) When flying the drone, inform the concerned police station and in coordination with them.
10) Drone flight permits will be restricted to the area within the limits of Hon'ble Police Commissioner, Greater Mumbai.
