About Us
Police Surgeon is the in-charge of all the Police hospitals, Police Dispensaries and Mobile hospitals of Mumbai Police. 05 Medical Officers are working under supervision of Police Surgeon at Nagpada Police Hospital.
Nagpada Police Hospital has been operating since 1867 and the present building was constructed in the year 1940. Medical services are provided to all the Police Officers and Policemen at Nagpada Police Hospital.
The Nagpada Police hospital has 114 beds and 05 medical labs served by 133 employees. ECG Laboratory, Dental Clinic, Ophthalmologist, Physiotherapy, Operation Theater, X-Ray ECO, ultrasound, sonography, stress test, orimetric clinic, hearing aid etc. Facilities are available at Nagpada Police hospital. 01 medical shop and 01 medical dispensary are also located at Nagpada Police Hospital.
Almost 30 honorary doctors, specialist of various medical faculties have been providing their services here. For that 04 separate honorary doctor’s rooms are available here.
At Naigoan Sub-Police Hospital, there are 05 medical officers and 33 hospital staff with 44 beds are available.
