JUHU POLICE STATION

Juhu Police Station established on 01/05/1985 as per Maharashtra Government, GR No. APO 3189 / 1850-6 (70) Pol-3 Mantralay Mumbai, date 15/02/1983. Due to not availability of government land, Juhu Police Station was started at Ground floor, Vishnu Prasad Hall building at VM Road in front of Mithibai College in the area of 30 X 30 sq.ft. This place belongs to the Kelavani Mandal, Juhu. So this place was on leased basis.

Government of Maharashtra has given a space at VM road, Near Kala Niketen and new one storey building was constructed at that place by Public Works Department. Juhu police station has been shifted to this building from 01/05/2000.

Hareram Harakrishna Temple and Mukteshwar Temple are the Hindu Religious temples comes under the jurisdiction of Juhu Police Station. Arabian Sea is in the west of the Police Station, Birla Lane Chapati, Holiday Inn Chapati, Godrej Chapati and Gandhigram Chapati are four sea chapaties.
